The Spring Cleanup

·        Without getting in we will remove most of the debris that has accumulated over the fall and winter months.

·        We will place your plants back where they belong and we will start up your pump and filtering system and check for leaks.

·        After topping off your pond we will leave and in the fall we will return to remove your pump and filtering system and place your plants back to the bottom of your pond.

The Deluxe Cleaning

  • We will drain your pond completely and remove your fish and plants so that we can clean out all the debris and sludge from the bottom of your pond and wash down the liner.
  • Check you waterfall for leaks if applicable and refill your pond.  If you are on a city water system that uses chlorine we will dechlorinate your water by adding a Chlorine Neutralizer to your pond.
  • We will then start up your pump and filtering system and check it all for leaks.
  • In the fall we will return and remove your pump and filter, place your plants to the bottom of your pond and be on our way.

The Deluxe Plus+ Cleaning

  • With the Deluxe + package we offer all the services described above in the deluxe cleaning agreement but with one important difference…Providing you have the proper filtration and pump system, we will through out the course of the season, provide you with pond water treatments (Maintenance Items) to keep your pond water clear and healthy.
  • Also Included in the Deluxe Plus+ is an additional service call.  A $35.00 savings to you.

The above Pond Maintenance contract applies to all ponds within 30 miles of Bonnie’s Water Gardens and in the realm of 3000 gallons.   For a pond specialist to make a service call to your home the charge is $35.00 and after the first hour a $15.00 per man hour charge will be added.
